Pre­mi­um mem­bers enjoy an addi­tion­al 5% dis­count on ship­ping, on top of the sav­ings already includ­ed with a Basic account, so the more you ship, the more you save. Stor­age is also far more gen­er­ous: pack­ages can sit in free stor­age for up to 60 days before ship­ping, giv­ing you plen­ty of time to decide what to do with them, and up to 30 days of free stor­age if a pack­age ever needs to be returned to sender. Once free stor­age runs out, Pre­mi­um con­tin­ues to keep costs down with a dis­count­ed dai­ly stor­age rate of just £0.50 per received pack­age (sub­ject to size, plus VAT), rather than the high­er rates charged to stan­dard accounts.

Pre­mi­um also gives you con­sid­er­ably more flex­i­bil­i­ty in how you man­age your pack­ages day to day. If you’re expect­ing sev­er­al deliv­er­ies, you can com­bine mul­ti­ple pack­ages into a sin­gle ship­ment for a reduced con­sol­i­da­tion fee of just £1 per pack­age (plus VAT), help­ing you cut down on ship­ping costs. You’re also able to split your ship­ments and send pack­ages to mul­ti­ple address­es, which is ide­al if you’re send­ing gifts or man­ag­ing deliv­er­ies for more than one loca­tion. Should you ever need to send a pack­age back to its orig­i­nal sender, Pre­mi­um offers this ser­vice for £6 per pack­age (exclud­ing return postage, plus VAT). And if you’d like a clos­er look at a pack­age’s con­tents or con­di­tion before decid­ing what to do with it, the pho­to ser­vice is on hand too, pro­vid­ing 5 clear pho­tos for £4 (plus VAT).

You’ll get a free UK return address to offer your cus­tomers, mak­ing returns sim­pler and more con­ve­nient for them, along with direct access to your cus­tomers’ return details right through your account, so you always know what’s com­ing back and why. On top of this, Pre­mi­um includes free dis­pos­al of unwant­ed returns (sub­ject to approval), sav­ing you the time and has­sle of deal­ing with items you no longer need.
