Delivery time and date provided are estimated. I’m afraid none of our carriers can guarantee the delivery date.
Shipping updates:
09/11/2025 — Royal Mail service to the USA has been reinstated. Local tax and duty, and courier processing fee are now payable in advance when you order shipping.
03/03/2026 — There will be a delay in shipping to the Middle Eastern countries due to the ongoing situation in the region. The situation is rapidly changing; kindly allow more time for delivery.
19/06/2026 — From 1 July 2026, there will be some important changes to how low-value shipments are imported into the EU. Previously, goods valued at €150 or less could be imported without paying customs duty. This exemption is being removed.
Going forward, a £3 customs duty will apply per line on the customs declaration for shipments valued at €150 or less. A line usually refers to each type of product in the shipment (based on its classification), so shipments with multiple item types may incur multiple £3 charges.
For shipments valued at €150 or less (excluding VAT-registered business imports), we will now need additional product details:
Product identifier (e.g. SKU or item code)
Manufacturer product identifier (e.g. part number)
Standardised product identifier (e.g. barcode/GTIN, if available)
Service updates:
03/05/2026 — UK VAT is now chargeable at 20% to standalone services like consolidation, photo, split, special request, assisted purchase. There is not UK VAT on international shipping services.
01/06/2026 — We now offer shipping through Royal Mail for up to 30 kg to certain destinations. This is with dimension limit of up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm. Use our Shipping Calculator to get estimates.
19/06/2026 — Some delivery companies or couriers leave parcels in insecure locations outside our premise when we are closed. We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage if a parcel is left outside our facility. We recommend providing clear delivery instructions and scheduling deliveries during business hours, if possible.
