Deliv­ery time and date pro­vid­ed are esti­mat­ed. I’m afraid none of our car­ri­ers can guar­an­tee the deliv­ery date.

Ship­ping updates:

09/11/2025 — Roy­al Mail ser­vice to the USA has been rein­stat­ed. Local tax and duty, and couri­er pro­cess­ing fee are now payable in advance when you order shipping.

03/03/2026 — There will be a delay in ship­ping to the Mid­dle East­ern coun­tries due to the ongo­ing sit­u­a­tion in the region. The sit­u­a­tion is rapid­ly chang­ing; kind­ly allow more time for delivery. 

19/06/2026 — From 1 July 2026, there will be some impor­tant changes to how low-val­ue ship­ments are import­ed into the EU. Pre­vi­ous­ly, goods val­ued at €150 or less could be import­ed with­out pay­ing cus­toms duty. This exemp­tion is being removed. 

Going for­ward, a £3 cus­toms duty will apply per line on the cus­toms dec­la­ra­tion for ship­ments val­ued at €150 or less. A line usu­al­ly refers to each type of prod­uct in the ship­ment (based on its clas­si­fi­ca­tion), so ship­ments with mul­ti­ple item types may incur mul­ti­ple £3 charges.

For ship­ments val­ued at €150 or less (exclud­ing VAT-reg­is­tered busi­ness imports), we will now need addi­tion­al prod­uct details:

Prod­uct iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. SKU or item code)

Man­u­fac­tur­er prod­uct iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. part number)

Stan­dard­ised prod­uct iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. barcode/​GTIN, if available)

Ser­vice updates:

03/05/2026 — UK VAT is now charge­able at 20% to stand­alone ser­vices like con­sol­i­da­tion, pho­to, split, spe­cial request, assist­ed pur­chase. There is not UK VAT on inter­na­tion­al ship­ping services.

01/06/2026 — We now offer ship­ping through Roy­al Mail for up to 30 kg to cer­tain des­ti­na­tions. This is with dimen­sion lim­it of up to 614646 cm. Use our Ship­ping Cal­cu­la­tor to get estimates.

19/06/2026 — Some deliv­ery com­pa­nies or couri­ers leave parcels in inse­cure loca­tions out­side our premise when we are closed. We can­not take respon­si­bil­i­ty for loss or dam­age if a par­cel is left out­side our facil­i­ty. We rec­om­mend pro­vid­ing clear deliv­ery instruc­tions and sched­ul­ing deliv­er­ies dur­ing busi­ness hours, if possible.
